Hello,
For a customer where we setup the web assistant for Success Factor we are confronted with the situation that context help in a result screen (employee has searched for a course and different courses are visible on the screen) only appears 'once' while the same fieldname appears multiple times on the screen. Can you advise what to do in order to have context help for all?

A Help Topic (or Guided Tour step) can only be tied to a single object. Typically it is tied to an object not a fieldname. You can see this object ID on the Element tab in the editor, or by pressing the i key during hotspot assignment.

Is there a possibility that we group all the single objects into a new single object and that we link to this new grouped single object?
