I have 2 questions regarding reporting.
1) Suppose a customer has a user base of 1500 users, and they wish to run a user report for the users.
I know I can group the users, and get a report on let's say Admin dept. That will give me overall results of all users in that department. How do I get individual reports for each user in that dept. I know I can drill down form the manager, but with a large user base it becomes a nightmare to drill on each user and create and subscribe to a report.
2) Can I configure to who these reports go? In the manager an email address for reporting. Just one email address btw.
If I have a few depts I want the reports to go directly to those dept heads, how do I configure that?
Please assist, and thank you in advance.

(1) You can get individual reports by going through Reporting > User Report (assuming consumption is being tracked...). You can also export that to Excel. If you want to do a lot of analysis you might want to look into using Power BI which lets you do a lot more.
(2) Any user can Schedule a report and have it emailed to themselves. I don't think you can do it on behalf of someone else.

Thanks for your prompt response Dirk.
My issue is say I have 500 users reporting to me, and I want a detailed report for each and every user. It's tedious to drill down to each user and create and subscribe to a report. Also I will get 500 individual reports that I need to consolidate.
I want to be able to draw a detailed report for each user in my dept
True. And the Excel download only downloads what's on the screen and not the drill-down (may be a good Customer Improvement Request to ask for the drill-downs to also be included in the download...).
Your best bet would probably be to use Power BI - that allows you to extract the full data records and analyze them however you want.
