SAP Enable Now - Reporting Issues

Hello,

I've got a support ticket open, but I just wanted to check if anyone else is experiencing / or has experienced issues where the User by course assignment report only returns 1 result, even though the identity selected is a user role with multiple members.

We've not had any issues with this reporting prior to a recent data centre move, but I'm wondering if there is anything else I should consider as part of the troubleshooting.

Hi Andrew,

I'm not aware of any issue but if the identity is a User Role that has been assigned to multiple users, those users should show in the report even if they have not commenced the content.  The ticket is definitely the way to go here.
