SAP Enable Now Producer Workarea will not Update

SAP Enable Now Producer Workarea will not update with content items. The resources folder is available now but when I attempt to do the update for the other available content it runs and then nothing shows up in the workarea. This is when attempting Update All Objects from Server.

Hi Amber,

There could be a range of issues here but the most likely issues are:

1. The content is sitting in the Unsorted folder. Look for the root group folder in the Unsorted folder and if it's there, drag it out and drop it onto the Workarea object. You should then be able to access any content that you have downloaded to Producer from the root group folder

2. You have not yet downloaded the content to your PC. Producer maintains a local version of the content that is available in Manager. To download the content into Producer, select Server Workarea > Checkout Objects and download the content.

It would be worth taking a look at Getting Started with Producer, which explains some of the basic skills necessary to use it to create content, including getting a local copy of the content.
