SAP Enable Now Producer freezes when trying to generate SAP companion from a group.

When using Enable now Producer to create a simulation and I try to generate SAP companion, it freezes. I get he below error message and have to force close Producer in task manager every time. What could be wrong?

It's difficult to say what is wrong without additional information so please raise a support ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-NAV and get support involved.  They can take a detailed look at the situation.
