Hello All,
My organization is running into issues recording Teamcenter using SAP Enable Now. We have had no issues with iBASEt Solumina, Concur, ServiceNow, etc. The first and only application we are unable to record with is PLM Teamcenter. IBM (our SI) agrees it is the first time they have seen the issue as well. It is my understanding that there is a 2% chance that Enable Now Producer/SEN is not compatible with Teamcenter. Has anyone tried and can confirm? Thank you!

Hi Michael,
What is the error message that you are getting when you use the Quick Recording profile, as suggested by Anton? Have you tried the Web Recorder, available from Manager? You will need to install the SAP Enable Now, browser application recorder browser extension to use the Web Recorder but it might work if Producer is causing issues. You can find a short video on the Web Recorder at Recording Enable Now Simulations using the Web Recorder.

Have you tried the Quick Recording profile? It always works.
However, this shouldn't be a choice if you want to use these recordings in the in-app help (SAP Companion)
