SAP Enable now Permissions for Learners

We have a set of "Learners" logged into Enable Now but unable to access the sims. They are receiving this error. What can be causing this issue ?

Hi Smrithika,

Please check that the Learner role has been added to the Workarea permissions in the WA where the content is located and that they have the ability to vie published content. In Manager navigate to Administration > Workarea/Tags > Permissions.

Also make sure that your learners accessing content using "published link" that has /~tag/published in the URL, like https://my_sap_enable_now_system/wa/workarea_id/~tag/published/index.html?show=group!GR_B80A9A32E7526BA13
