About the permission Content: Upload Active Content in Manager

- what is the meaning of this permission?

- I notified this permission is ALWAYS in the Assigned Permission column eventhough this permissions hasn't been flagged (see image permission-role.png).

This permission will allow users to upload active content like HTML, JavaScript files.

This will forbid the import of potentially dangerous content.

This can also be deactivated in producer at Tools -> Settings -> Producer -> General -> Forbid Active Content.
