SAP enable now not recording progress

I did a new work area and assigned a group of people to a rol, then asigned the rol to the work area, but when someone does a simulation it doesnt record the progress.

this is the set up i did for this.

You need to go to playback Settings in the Adaptable Resources sections you will see an option to turn on tracking. This was turned of by default to support GDPR. Make sure you do this for each mode you want tracking on for.
