Hi, I have seen lots of posts on licensing and I know there was a way to grant access to third party customers via a guest role (so no SSO required) but believe this is no longer available.
Is there any way for me to grant access to third party customers just to view tutorials or books/book pages without SSO? Or would this require procurement of further licenses?
Thanks

Hi David,
It is possible to grant access to externals to Enable Now content but all users, external or not, accessing live Enable Now content must be licensed. Your choices are:
1. Generate PDF documentation for the external users. Check your licensing agreement for Enable Now but I think this can be accessed without a license
2. Create manual user accounts for the external users in Enable Now and then have them log into those accounts using the URL https://customername.enable-now.cloud.sap/formlogin/ - you would obviously replace customername with the name piece of your Enable Now URL. The external users could then access content from the Learner View tab, if it has been assigned to them.
Regards
Shane
