Hello,

When opening a published start link from a simulation in Producer, the end user gets the error message that file js32.dll is missing.

I advised to delete the SEN link from favorites, delete browser history, install SEN app launcher & start SEN again. The message still appears.

Can someone support on this?

Thx, Maggy

This issue is most likely related to a corrupted or missing file in the SEN application launcher or the web browser. You can try the following steps to try to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Uninstall the SEN application launcher and reinstall it. 2. Clear the cache and cookies in the web browser. 3. Check the file path of the js32.dll file to ensure that it exists in the correct directory. 4. If the file still cannot be found, reinstall the web browser. 5. If the issue persists, contact the SEN support team for assistance.

Thanks for the feedback.

Reason for this issue was the fact that the user has installed Instant Producer (IP) on his desktop. By opening the IP from Manager the error message appeared. So removed the link from desktop and add link in Favorites. Resolved the problem.

maggy007 So they had saved the launch file to their Desktop, and were just using that to launch it? That's a definite no-no, and applies to Producer as well. All Authors/SMEs should be instructed to always launch Producer and Instant Producer from the URL, and not via a saved shortcut, for exactly this reason.

Hi Maggy,

I've never seen this issue but I would start the troubleshooting by confirming that your PCs meet the requirements to playback Enable Now content. You can access these requirements from Enable Now Cloud System Requirements. You may need to get your IT team involved, assuming that you are not from IT, because in many organizations, some of these settings are hidden and need an Administrator account to access them.

Shane
