Dear SAP community.
In SAP Enable Now, the font size is set to 13 as a default setting and I already checked that the font size of all descriptions was set to 13.
However, in generated documentations, the font size of most sentences is set to 8, and some sentences is set to 9.5.
I have 2 questions of this issue.
First, Are there any ways to change the font size of all sentences to 10? (I want to change the font size of all sentences in generated documentations as '10')
Second, Why are there two font sizes(8 & 9.5)in word files, even though the font size of all sentences has been set to 13 in SAP Enable Now?
I appreciate any guide you can provide.
Best regards.
・In SAP Enable Now, the font size of text style 'Base' & 'Normal' is set to '13'.

・The font size of all descriptions is set to '13' and I used text style 'Normal'.

Hi Jinhee,
maybe you are using a different text size in the document template (.dotx)? Some of the styles that are used might have a different text size than what you define in Producer. And when the Producer sends over the file to be created as a .docx, some values are transferred and some are taken from the word template.
Please check this and try to adjust if possible.
Take care,
Kristina

It is a difference between pixels (px) and point (pt). Generally, SAP Enable Now uses px (because it is designed for online viewing) but Word uses pt (because it is used for print). I went through this in this video: https://youtu.be/82pBIvXnJ2A. Over and above this, make sure that any style you use in SAP Enable Now has the same named style in Word - otherwise it will use it's 'best guess' which may not be ideal. Also consider defining a Text Styles resource specifically for use in the generated documents. Shane Lipke did a good live session on that a couple of weeks back - the recording is probably on the Community or Learning Hub.

Thanks for your answer.
Although, I used same text style (Arial) in both of SAP Enable Now and Word, and defined Text Style resources that will used in the generated documents, the text size of some sentences is 9.5 not 10. (According to the video that you shared to me, 13px is same as 10pt.)
I checked that those of sentences used text size '13px (=10pt)' in SAP Enable Now.
Please let me know, if you have any other solutions of this error.
(+Could you share the URL of Shane Lipke's live session recording? I couldn't find it ...)
Best regards.
Jinhee:
The conversion chart in the video is a 'rough guide' and seems to hold true for SAP Enable Now. A point is actually closer 0.75 of a pixel (roughly - even that is an approximation as it really depends on DPI) so using that,13px comes out to 9.75pt, and that may be rounded to 10 or 9.5 by different apps (or they may use another conversion). Again, to be exact, make sure you have styles of the same name in both SEN and the .docx, as mentioned by Kristina.
Here's the URL to the recording of Shane's session: https://sap-my.sharepoint.com/:v:/p/s_lipke/EUMiLFSmBTxEuy41tRzrHhsBX5JDh3iK1b39OSoMIWdRQw?e=VjFnB1
If you don't have access reach out to your CEE who can probably get you a copy of that or the slides.
