We organise our lessons with SAP Enable Now.

We would like to add a satisfaction survey at the end of every elearning.

Do you know what object I could use at the end of the elearning ?

thank you

Céline

Using a quiz as a survey is pretty limited. The results would come out of the exported xlsx lesson step report for the quiz. This report is designed to record the percentage correct result. So if your survey questions had just two choices for the answer, and you chose which was 'correct' you'd get an overall result you could interpret.

So, of the choices I put before:

  • Enabling Feedback gets you a text result that would have to be read by a human and couldn't be reduced to numbers.
  • Using a quiz limits you to binary questions, but would give you an overall numeric result.
  • providing a link out to an actual survey application would probably be best in most cases.

Some customers link to an outside survey. If you can use free form results you can enable feedback for the course. I've seen a few customers create the survey in the form of a Quiz Project, then use the reports to get the results.

How do you see the Learners' responses in a report? I thought it only showed their final score for the Quiz?
