SAP Enable Now for Success Factors - who is a fan?

We have been trying to get to grips with this product now for several months and after finally getting SSO enabled we thought we would be able to move forward. However, the practicalities of using it in a global company with multiple authors and users is proving very challenging and we are getting very little help from SAP to understand what "best practice" looks like. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to talk to us to share experiences, hints and tips and advice because so far its looking like a very expensive and poor quality product

We have some great stories from customers as well as some that are only using Web Assistant and did not create any other content to support they SF go-live. I am always amazed to see what customers are doing with the tool. If you want to see more and want to chat feel free to reach out.

I am fan of SAP Enable Now for SuccessFactors . It reduced user queries/frees up helpdesk time.

Yes, the learning journey was not very smooth . It was learning in the flow of work for me.

But I am happy with the end results .
