I was hoping you could support on a glitch that has come up.
We have just repointed our SEN extended work area to the new S/4HANA Q/test stack.
Its all working as expected except when I click on the Learning Centre from the Banner I get an error saying problem connecting try later.
I have also noted that the banner only appears to be showing the context help and Tours none of the Task Tutorials (which are also in the Learning Centre).
What could be the cause of this?

The best way to troubleshoot such issues is to analyze your Internet browser developer console. In most cases it clearly explains what is going wrong. Try opening it prior clicking on the Learning Center button, then take a look on the errors after you open the Learning Center.

It could be the workarea you are connected to causing the issue. If you updated the Learning Center to user your Enable Now sever I would check that workarea to make sure no one change permissions or un-published content.
If you can add some more details that will help but most likely something with the Catalog setup for Web Assistant or Something with your workarea set-up
