SAP Enable Now error: configuration file could not be loaded

Hi,

I have a very similar problem that was mentioned in this question: SAP Enable Now error: configuration file could not... - SAP Community.

However, publishing the resources didn´t do the trick. I also imported standard resources from another workarea, but it didn´t changed anything.

It is funny though, that some simulations work some do not.

Unable to load project!PR_XYZ:lesson.js

Hi Alex and Karen,

I pumped into the same situation error and it´s great to learn from your experience.

I could access these sub-group (i.e. Knowledge Management, Manufacturing, etc.) through its published link, but not the Group BA Content

Even though I´ve followed the advice of making sure all the objects within "BA Content" are published, whenever I click on BA Content link, this error keeps popping up "Necessary Configuration File cannot be loaded":

I would appreciate a lot if you could share any advice. Many thanks in advance!

Hi Anh,

Did you manage to find a solution? I recently had a similar issue with some objects, although the error mentioned a 'lesson.js' instead of the 'entity.txt'. I did a mix of trying to create a duplicate and publish it again, opening the object for editing (simulations, in my case) and entering preview mode from the Producer and clearing the context field in the Manager and filling it again with the screenID it had previously.

I'm not sure which one of these worked, if any, but I'd like to know if you tried something similar and if you found any pattern for this behavior.

Kind regards,

João

Hey João,
it feels a little less lonesome to know that we're not alone solving these issues. To be honest, I have just found the solution (for my case at least) just now.
The reason why it this error popped up in my case was because I might have accidentally set the "Starting Library Automatically" with a particular group (the first picture attached).

When I set it back to default (the second picture below), it worked.

I still don't have a theoretical response why it did not work but maybe @karenperez and @DirkManuel might be able to help us - as they are SEN experts.
Good luck!
Best,
Anh

@HoangAnhNguyen: Your problem is that you are using the object itself as the Library Autostart. The Library Autostart is designed to be a Book Page that is displayed on the rightmost side of the Trainer when that object is selected, instead of the usual Short Description/Description being displayed. SAP Enable Now is probably just getting confused here; I don't think it is related to the OP. But make sure the object specified in the Library Autostart is also published. See if that helps.

Dear alex_borgardt,

Please check this KBA for possible reasons for this error.

Thank you.

Hello Karen, I have check the KBA. The error message I get is "Internal error. Necessary configuration file could not be loaded. Unable to load project!PR_5702C169F9F050AB:lesson.js" for almost all simulations. I checked the links, nor in the producer, neither in the manager the links have any reference to a trainer version.

Issue is solved. I have replaced all old text bubbles by new ones and the issue disappeared.
