Hi All,
Can sound as a stupid question but: when I update contents in Enable Now producer, do I need to generate again manually the documentation (and how in that case) for all the contents that I have updated or the documents related to the updated contents will be automatically updated and available in the learner view to be downloaded? I am talking about Word or PDF documentation.
Thank you,
Mattia

You can (re)generate them en masse by using option Documentation > Generate Single Documents for a Group in the Producer Workarea.

Yes, you need to generate the documentation again, in order to capture the changes you made to the content of the simulation or book. You use the same steps you originally used to generate the documentation. The process will overwrite the old documents. Afterwards be sure to republish the object the document is in, in order to make it available to learners.

Yes. You need to regenerate documents after making changes to the simulations.
You need to publish the content again so it is available in the learners view.
