SAP Enable Now Content Structure - All Tag vs Published

On switching between All Tag and Published view, I find that the structure i built in All Tag i.e.
root group >
  • Creation
  • Maintenance
  • Publish
  • Toolbox

does not appear the same when i go into Published view as I have found the Publish Group is now found in Unsorted.
Have i structured my content wrong or published wrong?

This means the versions of the folders depicting your hierarchy as

root

Creation

Maintenence

Publish

Toolbox

are not published.
Producer: Select root, then Server Bulk Actions - Change Workflow For All Objects, then Publish.

Manager: Select root, click More, Publish All Objects

Thank you Anton that resolved the issue.
As part of this, i then unpublished the Groups i did not want published i.e. Creation and Maintenance.

Hi Andrew,

The other two responses are correct, if you have not published all the objects in your content hierarchy, those that are published will end up in the Unsorted folder. So, all Group objects in a specific path must be published for the content structure in the All Tag and Published views to look the same.

Hello Andrew,

do you have the Publish Group in the unsorted folder also in the manager?

In Manager, the "Publish" Group is located in the Root Group when looking at the content in "All Tag" mode. The "Publish" Group is located in Unsorted when in "published" mode.
