SAP Enable Now Companion issue in Concur application

A customer of us in India is going live with Concur from 01 Jan 2024. They are facing a challenge in usage of SAP Enable Now companion with Concur, as follows

'Post activating the enable now in Concur system is we are getting a enable now pop up, and this keeps appearing on the screen every move you make on the system which is impacting the user experience'

That is asking you to authenticate for SAP Enable Now. This means you do not have SSO set up (or set up correctly) for SAP Enable Now. You should probably fix that.

Alternatively, if you only want to consume the standard SAP-provided help content (and not custom help content) change your SAP Companion settings so it is only looking to the SAP Workarea and not your own (which is at at tataprojects.enable-now...) - i.e., don't run it in EXT or SEN mode.
