Customer has received the below announcement.

It seems to be related to the Preview Instance. -> It is confusing, as per the highlights in Yellow, from the Email Announcement below.

According to the schedule we expected to receive the new release in Prod on November 24.

Preview is on Oct 16th and Next Release is on Nov 24th.

  1. Can you please confirm if the dates have changed or if for November 24 there will be another activity on our Prod Enable Now?

  1. What validations should we ask our functional staff on the Prod environment to check that there are no issues with the new release?

Thanks in advance,

That email is just letting the customer know that 2311 is coming on the 24th (as planned), and the preview instance is available NOW . Most likely that email is being sent out now because there was a refresh of the preview instance last weekend, where they fixed a few issues reported in the previous preview release. In theory as you see it (in preview) now is how the production version will be on the 24th.

Unfortunately there currently seems to be an issue with (some?) preview clients. SAP are aware (I opened a Case) and working on it.

To see what is new, you can go to help.sap.com, select the 2311 (Preview) release, and check the What's New. Then if any of it sounds interesting to you, log on to the preview client (when you can) and check it out.

Hi Manuel!

Thank you so much for your answer, it's very helpful.

Additionally, The E-CSP would like to have a follow-up call with a team member from the Enable Now Digital team with the customer to answer their questions. Do you know what the process would be to schedule a call with an EN specialist? Is this possible?

Thanks in advance,

I'll have to leave that to one of the actual SAP people to respond - I'm just an enthusiastic amateur. jbernal2016 (no relation I presume) can probably point you in the right direction.
