SAP Enable Now 10.2.6 Exporting input values

Our client is currently on version of 10.2.6 SAP Enable Now producer. We are trying to export the input values only for each simulation to provide learners but don't see any option to do this. The only export options available include full instructions or job aid with the data. Is this an option that can be configured in this version ?

Hi Smrithika,

You could try the following:

1. Locate the Test Sheet Documentation Setting in the Resources

2. Duplicate the Test Sheet Documentation Setting

3. Modify the Fragments in the duplicate setting by removing all fragments other than the Input Values fragment

4. Generate the documentation using the new Documentation Setting.

On a different note - are there any benefits in upgrading to the SEN 2005 version ? Are the raw report export capabilities in Enable Now Manager still available in this version?

Hi Smrithika,

Yes, typically there are some good features in each new release of Enable Now so staying up to date is worthwhile. The best way to work out if there is something really useful is to look at the What's New content available on help.sap.com. If you go to the Enable Now site you will find the What's New documentation for the last 6-8 versions of the product. Just change the version number, at the top of the screen, to get older versions of the documentation.

The Raw Data report has been discontinued in the cloud version of the product but I'm not sure about the On Premise version. It is however worth understanding that the November version of Enable Now this year is likely, not definitely, to contains lots of new reporting capability. It may be worth waiting for that before upgrading because it is only a couple of months away.
