SAP E-recruitment: Issue with Candidate Assignment

Dear All,

We are facing a strange issue.

All the Candidates assigned to one of the Requisition have been rejected except one selected employee who is in Offer Phase , On the dashboard it still shows 1 Candidate under Application Entry phase (Screenshot1)

However, the Candidate Assignment for the Requisition doesn't display anyone under Application Entry (Screenshot2).

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Dear All,

There was an orphan record, due to a candidate which was deleted. Since there is no data available its doesn’t show any information.

Can you try raising OSS message with SAP. This looks like a standard issue.

Yes, the dashboard has been refreshed.

From the backend- All NE objects in Application Entry phase are in rejected status.

One selected candidate who is in Offer phase.

The requisition is also closed now.

But it has left me wondering about that one Candidate.

Even we had the same issue, looks like standard issue, didn't follow up with SAP as we were preparing to move to SF.

Can you raise an OSS Message with SAP on this.
