Hi Gurus,

in SAP E-Recruiting what

SPRO-SAP E-Recruiting-technical settings-user administration.what exactly Functional consultant need to do here.

Hi John,


As a functional consultant, you need to create the roles - Define Roles in E-Recruiting. There will be a list of Standard Roles- Internal Candidate, Manager, External Candidate, Administrator, Decision Maker etc.

Along with these, you need to define any Custom roles as per the Client's recruitment process. For e.g. if there is a 3 level approval process, then you can define Approver 1, Approver 2, Approver 3 under the 9* namespace.

Also, if your client is using the Concept of Support Groups (object type NG) you can define categories for easy maintenance under: Define Categories for Groupings

Thank you so much.could you please clarify few of my doubts.

1.approval process comes under workflow ?or where exactly do we see, couldn't understand 9*namespace?.in this case what is the importance of Support team.

2.what is the difference between communication user and reference user what are the configuration steps and where do we do.

3.in SPRO what exactly communication interface (SCOT) who need to do this and where do see the output.

4.please explain the define BP Role and maintain BP Role for Vendors.

5.while we are doing road map steps where do get Configuration ID.

6.Please can you give me little example for firewalls,SLD Configuration and EREC System architecture .

7.my client is asking me to do standard sap recruitment process only no customization.Please let me know how the BBP and how do i need to handle this project.

8.is it XI to integrate third party vendors.Please explain briefly.

9.can you explain about resume parsing.

10.i want to connet system to Naukari and linkdin how do i can do.
