Hi everyone,
As a beginner in SAP E-recruiting, I would need advise and guidance from SAP experts out there on my following questions:
1. What's the difference between Web Dynpro & bsp?
2. SAP E-recruiting web page is created using Web Dynpro or bsp?
3. How to add a field in one of SAP E-recruiting web page?
Thanks

Hello,
Web Dynpro and BSP are two UI technologies for web applications. Initially SAP e-recruiting used BSP. Later the ui the candidate ui and in second step all other roles were moved to Web Dynpro. So if you are using a current e-recruiting release there is not really a choice. Everything will be web dynpro [with a very small exception that the display of standalone data overviews is still using bsp for technical reasons].
If you want to add a field to one of the web dynpro applications you would usually add the data field to the infotype by adding it to its CI-include. Then you would enhance the web dynpro view, controller and the assistance class. SAP recommends to use the enahncement framework for this.
Kind regards
Roman
