SAP E-Recruiting : ”Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later”

Hi,

We have Executed the webdynpro “hrrcf_a_candidate_registration” application in SICF . Once we have entered all the mandatory fields and click on the Register button. The below error message”Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later” is displaying.

Even when we executed the webdynpro application "hrrcf_a_reg_job_search" in SICF, we are getting the error "Unfortunately, the system is unavailable at the moment; try again later" message.

Kindly let me know why this error is showing.
