Our client has a situation here:
Current system : SAP E-recruiting
Future system : Successfactors Recruiting
I would like to know how to achieve this migration assuming SAP E-recruiting as legacy system!

Hi,
The SAP e-recruiting to SAP successfactors is a similar project as any legacy to SAP migration. Some of the key steps based on my knowledge to be considered as the methodology for implementing SF recuriting is different i.e - Proj Prep, IT1, IT2, SIT, Training, UAT and Deploy -
1) SF recruiting has to be reviewed with the functionalities provided - similar to our Blueprint phase where we would document and configure, if required customise. In SF, there is no customisation, however objects can be revised based on client requirements.
2) Integration between SAP and SF can be attained in three ways, - Dell Boomi, SAP PI, SAP Hana. You would have to consider the current landscape of your client and decide.
3) SF recruiting has specific i-flows to SAP for employee hiring to be performed. Start the data migration strategy with your client for identifying the i-flow template.
4) In data migration, will SAP e-rec hold all existing requisitions to closure and SF will start collecting the new requisition is to be decided with the client.
5) Training and UAT would form a key aspect for appriasing your client on the screen fields and functionalities.
