SAP E-Recruiting : Requisition

Hi,

The Requisition needs to get 3 level approval to move to Release status from Draft status. There is a requirement that once the requisition is sent to approval, the requisition should be in pending status, until it get approval from all the levels. 

Is it possible to include new status ("Pending") for the requisition?.

Hi,

Adding new statuses is not allowed.

However, you may use instead the "On Hold" status - it seems right.

How to track how many requisitions are there in approval pending status and with whom it is pending.

You can see the status via Recruiter Dashboard .

Hi Harish,

You may use the standard queries within the recruiter's workcenter - in it you can filter all requisitions in On Hold status.
