SAP E-Recruiting : Questionnaire Activity

Hi,

Requirement : There should be Check List for 7 documents after candidates selected for a perticular Job.

Can we create 7 questions(like whether document submitted or not) and assign those questions to a questionnaire. And assign the questionnaire to Selection Process for tracking?.
