Dear Experts,
I am new to the E-Recruitment module and currently we are implementing the E-Recruitment for one of our client.
As per my observation on current system, we have different processes which are performed by Recruiter after candidate applied for requisition.
1. Inbox,
2. Pre screening,
3. Screening,
4. Offering,
5. Closing.
After completion of all the Activities in Inbox, we move the Candidate Application to Pre Screening or any other process and again we can assign to Inbox. Here Recruiter can assign any Activity under any Process.
In current system there is no validation to restrict the Processes flow in a specific order from one process to another process.

Request you to guide us how can we make the processes in a specific order for Recruitment process and if process is completed then system should not allow to take the same process.

there is no real check, normally the recruiters should know what there doing but it can be possible that they made a mistake for example. Than it can be necessary to go back to a previous process step. But you define and customize the process steps and activities normally with your client
