SAP E-Recruiting : Job Posting Channel Configuration

Hi,

I have Published the Job in internal career site.

In SPRO in Define Posting Channels Internal Candidates(CL_HRRCF_PUBLISHER_INT) is maintained.

Can the Internal Candidate able to see the Internal Jobs without Search?.
