SAP- E-recruiting: Deletion Program

Hi,

Is there any program or background job which can delete all the External candidates automatically, who are registered 6 months ago.

There is a requirement that to cleanup the talent pool with 6 month validity criteria.

Yes, you can do that automatically with the help of ILM - see also Destroying Candidates without Assignments with HRRCF_CAND - Destroying E-Recruiting Information - SA....

Here it is possible to send an email to all inactive candidates and if they don't reactivate (logon) their account again, they can be deleted.

Expiration and retention period are different from point of view - first one is usually used in the EU and tells the time how long you have to store data in your system, the latter one is used to maintain the time until you can delete the objects.
