SAP e-Recruiti​ng Compare Candidates Functionality

Hi All

With regards to the SAP e-Recruiting Compare Candidates functionality:

• What is the maximum number of candidates you can compare.
• Can you change compare format, whereby the candidates are listed on the left, and the categories on top. Is a development required for this.

Hello Bongisa,

so far I have not met any limit for the number of candidates which can be compared. I also checked the SAP implementation and could not find any limiting checks. So I assume you will face usibility limits through to many data on a screen far before hitting any technical limit.

There is not posibility to change the matrix dimensions so the candidates are in the lines and the data is in the colums. All you can do is changing the content and grouping of the comparison by the customizing found under SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> User Interfaces -> Administrator and Recruiter -> Configuration for Profile Comparison of Candidates and by implementing BAdI BADI_HRTMC_DR_FIELDS.
