You can find the list of supported applications in the SAP Companion Supported Applications document. If the functionality runs from SAP BTP, and it sounds like it doesn't, it's possible that you could turn on SAP Companion through BTP. You can see how to turn on SAP Companion within BTP using the SAP Companion Integration Guide.
Unfortunately, I don't see BPC mentioned in its own right within the document so I'm doubtful that SAP Companion has been integrated. If that is the case, the only option would be to consider SAP Companion for 3rd party applications, which would mean some technical integration work. If the customer is willing to consider the technical effort involved in integrating SAP Companion into their BPC portal, have the customer reach out to their SAP representative to get access to someone who can evaluate the portal and confirm that SAP Companion can be integrated into it.
