SAP Companion - Show Bubble as Callout

I am currently looking into the function "Show Bubble as Callout". 

Although i have set one of the help tiles to "Show Bubble as Callout", the bubble did not appear automatically when the help panel is not open.

Hi Natalie,

I can think of two potential solutions:

1. Try publishing the content and see if that impacts the result
2. Make sure that there is only one Callout per screen.

Outside that, raise a ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-CMP and get the support team to take a closer look.

Hi Shane, thanks for your reply, i have try publishing it and there is only one Callout as well, but it didn't work. Will raise a ticket on it.

I've had the same issue. Was very excited for this but they do not show unless the users clicks ? and opens the Companion Carousel.
