SAP Companion Integration

I'm trying to do custom integration onto a sidebar I've created in a SAP UI5 site, I know it's possible to integrate the Enable Now icon onto my custom sidebar. But is it possible to integrate Guided Tour/ Help Topic icons onto the custom sidebar? Thanks

Hi Natalie,

If you have created an SAP UI5 site it is possible that you can utlise SAP Companion with that site.  Are your users launching your UI5 apps from a Fiori Launchpad or Build Work Zone?  If they are, you can turn on SAP Companion at the Fiori Launchpad and Build Work Zone levels.  If your users are not accessing the UI5 apps from Fiori Launchpad or Build Work Zone, it may be necessary to use the 3rd party version of SAP Companion, which requires technical integration using Javascript.

Let me know some more information and we can try to work out the best way forward.

Hi Shane, thanks for your reply. Yes, currently I can access SAP Companion within the SAP UI5 site. However, the user requirement is to combine the blue sidebar and the enable now grey sidebar. They do not want the grey bar to show at all. So, the only possible way I can think off, is to integrate the guided tour/help topic icons onto the blue sidebar, but not sure if this is possible. I've also added an image so you could have a clearer picture on this. Thanks
