Hello,
unfortunately the connection from the SAP Companion to SF does not work. This works neither with the standard content nor with the extended content. The Companion is empty and when trying to create content in the Companion, unfortunately only an error message appears each time, so that no content can be created.
I used the information from the Integration Guide for the integration. Even with the default settings (see picture) it does not work.
I am very happy about solution suggestions.

Hi nele_sen,
The standard configuration on the screenshot looks good. To check where the SAP Companion loading fails in SFSF, use the browser's developer console. You can open it by pressing the F12 or Ctrl+Shift+i keys.
In the Console tab, you'll see in red all the errors that occurred while loading the SFSF page with Companion. Then act accordingly.

You have Custom Content On but then point it to the standard content. The SAP Enable Now Server setting should point to your SAP Enable Now Instance (i.e. where the custom content can be found. SAP already knows where to find its own content, which is why there is no URL for Standard SAP Content.
Content Sources > SAP Enable Now Workarea should specify your Workarea that contains your custom help content (for the Help Topics and Guided Tours pages), and Additional Content > SAP Enable Now Workarea should specify your Workarea that contains your custom learning content (for the Learning page / Learning Center).

Almost certainly a permissions issue. Check you have write access to the Workarea from whatever ID you are connected as. I specifically emphasize this last part - if your ID in SF is not the same as your ID in SEN (or goes through a different IAS for SSO) you will have problems. Try logging on to SEN Manager in a new tab within the same browser window and see if that helps.
Hello, I have had a issue where in setting SAP Companion integration in SuccessFactors. I set the Parameters to
noHelpMode=carousel;newWindowSAML=true;edit=true
yet on accessing SuccessFactors i don't get the option to go into SAP Companion mode.
When i modify the URL and add help-editor=true then i am presented the Edit Mode options and i can generate content.
Is there something in my parameters that i am missing or is not right?
Thanks, Andrew
