I am trying to integrate SAP Companion for SAP Workzone Advance for two platforms (BTP and on-premise). The integration for On-Premise is working but it is not working for BTP. Upon checking, the 'help4' variable exists in both BTP and On-Premise. Would like to check if there is any mistakes with the parameters and value?
Another question: Can the same workarea be used by both the different platfom (one for On-Premise, one for BTP)? Currently, I am using the same Manager url for the configuration for both On Premise and BTP.

I suspect that your error is in the dataURLSEN and trackingUrlWPB parameters. These parameters should have values that look like:
https://cutomerABC.enable-now.cloud.sap/wa/WorkareaID
You should replace customerABC with your Enable Now customer name value and don't forget the additional details that must follow your Manager URL, in red above. The WorkareaID should be the actual ID of the Workarea that will contain the SAP Companion content.
