May I know is there a method to allow the hotspots to pop up even though i did not click to open the sap companion?
I noticed that when I open the SAP Companion, i can only see some of the hotspots.
When I open the SAP Companion, I can see all the hotspots appearing.

Hi Natalie,
Yes there is.
Create your content help bubble, assign it to a screen object and then open the Appearance tab for the bubble. Turn on the Show Instantly field and then save the changes.
