SAP Companion for Concur

Hi,

We have enabled Companion for Concur but when I try to click Explore Interactive Help option. It shows nothing. [Please refer below screenshot]. Does it mean that there is no standard/custom content available ? How to start creating new contents by specifying paramters in URLs?

Hi Mani,

This is getting closer. This error typically occurs because:

1. Your SSO user ID does not have the ability to write content to the WA that you have specified in your SAP Companion configuration, OR
2. Your SSO user ID does not have a Master Author, Standard Author or Administrator role in Enable Now
3. Something is wrong with SSO and you are not being authenticated correctly, OR
4. SSO has not been turned on for Enable Now or Concur at your customer, OR
5. You are working in an environment where there is no SSO

Just a matter of trying to work out what is causing Enable Now to not allow you to save the new content.

Very deep insights. I will check everything.

My last question is Do I need to have SSO for both Enable Now and Concur or either of them ?

Hi Mani,

SSO definitely needs to be turned on for SAP Enable Now but given that SAP Companion is integrated into Concur, I assume that you need to have SSO setup in Concur also.

Hi Mani,

Did you turn on SAP Companion using the steps in section 6 of the SA Companion Integration Guided? If so, did you manage to download the SAP Concur code into Manager? If so, please open you SAP Companion configuration, the one for Concur, and send through details of what you used for the URL and Workarea ID values. There is currently no standard content for Concur.

Thanks Shane. I have viewed that guide and done few changes. But now when I click Explore Interactive Help option in Concur, I am getting No Help Content dialog box [Please refer first screenshot]. When i clicked on Screen Help tile to create content, I am getting creation failed notification. [Please refer second screenshot].
