SAP cloud support alerts - Not Receiving

Hi Team,

I’m writing this mail to seek your support to know what to be done for receiving the alerts as in the attached screenshot.<a href="/storage/temp/2169687-screenshot-2023-05-10-at-114712.png" data-attachment="2169687">screenshot-2023-05-10-at-114712.png</a> Where only one member in our team is receiving these.

In spite of following the below links and already subscribing to the Santos PRD systems as in the below screenshot, myself and even other team members are not receiving these alerts.

Please do the needful.
