SAP Candidate Search is Showing Deleting Candidates

Dear All,

We are about to go-live for e recruitment module.so I thought to check all (P,CP,BP and NA) in PRD system.

I found that 1 P has 2 CPs and also 2 NAs. then I deleted unwanted 1 CPs and NAs (NA30001421 in this example), so now the relationships between P>CP>NA is OK.

I have also run COM_SE_DISPATCHER & RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES to update indexes but still the deleted NA is showing in the candidate search help and upon click on this NA below errors are appearing:

As per my understanding, I guess XML search profiles are not updating hence its still showing deleted NA in the search help.

I need your prompt help as we are going live and I am stuck with this horrible thing regarding which I don't have any clue.

Hello Chohan,

Please check the slg1 for the errors. Also, it may be helpful to run the report HRALXSYNC on the objects after you have deleted the unwanted ones and check the NA business object if that have been refreshed in SES_ADMIN.

I have run both SES_ADMIN and also HRALXCYNC.

but data is still showing in search screens as shown above. I guess I have to remove / delete such candidates from SES indexes, but i dont know how.

anyone kindly help me in how to remove /delete entries from SES indexes?

delete the indexes in SES_ADMIN and recreate them. Than do a full index. You should do this in logon language EN

why? do you want to search without using the TREX? In the old version you could use the Candidate search application but I think the new one also uses the TREX/SES

in my case sometimes indexing program is not working , then i am not able to search candidate even though it is present in system , i can find candidate only when i perform indexing first .
