SAP ByD : Extract all data regarding organizal structure

Hello,

From SAP Business ByDesign, we try to find the right data source or web service to extract all data regarding the org structure (functions, definitions, hierarchy) in order to use it in an analytics software. But we did not find anything. Can you advise us how to synchronise our org structure with an external software ?

Thanks Sathya for this idea. The inconvenient is that it can only be done manually. Any other idea to automate this export and make it available for external solutions ?

Hi Nathalie,

You can make use of the data extraction functionality of SAP Business ByDesign. You can find this under "Application and user management" WoC >> Data Extraction.

You can create a new run and choose the relevant extraction object ("ORG_CENTER - Organizational Structure" in this case). All required information related to Or Structure will be exported as xml file.
