After trying to do the upgrade "SAP Best Practices Succession Management Metadata Framework Position-Based Nomination Method" from Upgrade center  we keep getting the same error:

Exception Occured while executing the class, BestPracticesManageTalentCard , Exception:
    Failed to configure talent card.
        Unable to find the following field value: Start Date.,

Do you know how to fix this error?

In the email you received from this upgrade failure it recommends opening a ticket with the SAP Best Practices for SuccessFactors team (LOD-SF-SBP). They will be able to assist you further with this query.

Hi Jelena
Sap responded that the date labels in the backgrounds need to be adjusted.
They should be in all languages.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find a solution to the problem either.
