SAP Agent Performance Management (APMe) - Change order of forms (top navigation)

Are you able to change the order of the forms (top navigation) shown in the Producer Search>Agent Master? I can see that you can show or hide the forms in Security Groups>Form Security. However, I would like to reorder those that are shown to have the ones we use most shown first and the others shown later in the list. Is this doable? See screen shot of top navigation I am talking about.

For example: order of forms:

Agent Master

Addresses

Broker Details

Agent Customer Assignments

Certification and Training

Licenses

Appointments

Insurance

Transaction History

etc...

Jessica,

One work around is to add these related entities to the Broker/Producer screen via screen customization, In the screen shot below, the broker detail entity (and other related entities like address)can be added to the Producer screen.

Address and Producer Detail records have been added to the Producer Master screen so that the ribbon menu is redundant for Address and Details.

The fields displayed in the Broker Detail can be defined under Entity Configuration -Broker Detail (You may have to add an entry for Broker Detail if it hasnt already been configured).

The summary fields are fields that are visible on the Broker Detail section on the Broker Detail section. Banner fields are used on the Producer Detail Search/Detail screens across the top of the page. Although Max Rows is not defined in this screen shot, it may be good to put a number in this configuration to conserve screen space (5 would be fine).

Hopefully, this is a valid workaround for you and will improve your experience while working with Producer data in APMe!

Thank you for you questions!

Hi Jessica,
Unfortunately, you can only hide menu items through Security Group settings (as you indicated) and not rearrange them. I think this would be a great enhancement and have forwarded this to our engineering team for review. Thank you for the question!
