same notice in every activity for every candidate

Hi there

We have the case that a single recruiter sees the same notice in every activity for every candidate. The notice is only visible for the recruiter and nobody else. Do you have an idea why this happens und how we can fix it?

Hi all

We fixec it! In all E-Recruiting fields you can right click and select the text as a standard entry.

Is it a UI issue or are the notes also stored in all activities?
