Salary review simulation

We are working on a project for Salary Review. One of the requirements we have is for the client to use similators in order to check the guidelines before the launch.

Is there a functionality into the Success factors instance to simulate the guidelines ?

Hi fegrasso87,

You can use the standard compensation guideline modelling tool to check guideline assignment and do some very basic budget modelling. Information on this is available in the admin guide . If your customer requires a more detailed model, I recommend you clone the template, modify the route map to be centralised only and generate worksheets. Some customers will also apply the previous year performance form mapping to get a sense of guideline assignment and total spend.
