salary hike status report creation

Hi experts,

i am new to ad-hoc reports and queries,

As per my client requirement we need to develop a report for finding the hike status of employees in sap hr.They need it on daily/Monthly basis report it contains all details like hike percentage and when hike has been given with date,and the details of particular employee group which had got hike in particular period.

please help me out here,is there any standard reports are available in this case or we have to develop,if we need to develop please explain the business fields required for this report.
