Salary Change % to be added in EC Compensation Portlet

Dear Experts,

Currently it has been designed in a way to show, if there is compensation change, it only displays the previous salary value and the updated salary value. It will be great if I can also include the percentage of change in Compensation Portlet itself.

You can have a "Change %" field in the Compensation Info Portlet as per below proposed design:

1. Create the custom field:

2. Set up a rule to populate this field when there is a salary change (example below):

3. Grant permissions to the custom field so it is available in the UI:

Thank you karenperez. I dont have a CompensationInformation_AnnualizedBaseSalary_PreviousValue for the selection for Business rules. Hope this has to be enabled in Compensation Module in the backend, I will continue to check on this.

It was just a sample in the rule, not the real value that you will have. You can use your own pay components or your pay component group.

Dear Karen, I have a senario, in context of the salary % increase. We get ratings in PMGM eg 5% increment is there for employees and these % will change employee to employee. Can this be triggered to compensation portlet and the Annualized salary change will happen? Request to reply
