SAC: how to add a restriction on table inside an Application

Hello,

we need to add a restriction on a table that is inside an Application.

In this table it's shows some values on percentage aggregated. We want to block the User if he insert grater values than 100%.

We used the threshold but we need a block message.

Can you help us please?
