hi evry one

We want to run content through the author preview URL (the link that leads to the system server) without requiring a user to log in with the browser open.
Same thing when running a desktop assistant with a server prefix setting.

Thanks
Harel

Hi Harel,

what Shane said. Plus: If you are running the SAP Enable Now on-premise version, you can activate the anonymous user which will remove all authentication for viewing content. Please be aware that really everyone with access to the Manager URL is allowed to see all your content.

If this answers your question please mark it as answered.

Take care,

Kristina

Hi Harel,

You will need to setup Single Sign On (SSO); you can find information at Enable Now SSO Setup. Once you have SSO setup, you will also need to publish the content, content templates, and Resources in Manager. Once this has been done, your end users will be able to access the content by direct URL or through Desktop Assistant.

Regards
Shane
